We are happy to say our event at Acalanes High School was a great success, as those of you who came know.

Mr. Hosseini is an engaging speaker, and we were all both enlightened and entertained.

He was kind enough to answer audience questions on topics that ranged from his books, his life as an author and father, and his views on the current political and social aspects of life in Afghanistan.

As always we want to extend a HUGE ‘thank you’ to the folks at Bolani for the generous and tasty food they donated and served at the Reception, and to the wonderful young men and women of S.A.G.E. at Acalanes, who made sure logistics ran smoothly.

And of course to you, our supporters! You are the foundation of this organization and the catalysts for change, and the improvement of so many lives.
